Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Floating Member Service Associate to cover designated branch locations as needed. You will deliver exceptional service, cross-sell products, and assist with branch operations and staffing in a fast-paced retail financial setting.

The role requires a high school diploma and several years in retail or financial services, including leadership. A flexible, rotating schedule including Saturdays is expected.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of financial institution products and services, including loans.
• Thorough knowledge of branch operations policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to cross-sell products and services using a needs-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
• Cross-sell Redwood Credit Union products and services.
• Open accounts and match Member needs to products and services.
• Research Member problems and respond verbally or in writing.
