Circle Logistics is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to build and lead a new Philadelphia branch. Initially, you will move freight, develop the business, and transition to Branch Manager as you grow the team and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or a similar field.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and operations teams.
• Demonstrated leadership with experience managing and scaling a workforce.
• Extensive carrier network and strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
