A strong eye for detail and solid MS Office skills are essential. You will process contracts and invoices, assist customers, and help ensure efficient financial operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounts receivable, collections, and customer invoicing experience.
• 2+ years administrative, billing, or office support experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience processing purchase orders, invoice matching, and general ledger coding.
• Ability to accurately manage high-volume data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and payment tracking.
• Process rental contracts, returns, sales orders, and work orders accurately.
• Prepare customer invoices and support construction project billing requirements.
• Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams.
• Assist customers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Process vendor invoices, purchase order matching, and accounting documentation.
• Manage rental returns and inventory transactions to maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate freight and cycle billing activities.
• Generate sales, rental, and operational reports.
• Maintain branch records, files, and office supplies/equipment.
• Analyze operational data and provide reporting support to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
