Responsibilities include AR activities, invoicing, contract processing, vendor invoices, and reporting. The ideal candidate has strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable, collections, and customer invoicing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative, billing, or office support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience processing purchase orders, invoice matching, and general ledger coding.
• Ability to accurately manage high-volume data entry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and payment tracking.
• Process rental contracts, returns, sales orders, and work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare customer invoices and support construction project billing requirements.
• Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams
• Assist customers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Process vendor invoices, purchase order matching, and accounting documentation
• Manage rental returns and inventory transactions to maintain accurate inventory records
• Coordinate freight and cycle billing activities
• Generate sales, rental, and operational reports
• Maintain branch records, files, office supplies, and equipment
• Analyze operational data and provide reporting support to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned
