Job summary

Apple Bank seeks a Universal Banker (UB) Supervisor to serve as a single point of contact for clients, handling monetary and account transactions with efficiency and courtesy. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years retail banking experience in teller/ CSR.
• 1–2 years bank supervisory experience in either teller unit or platform.
• General understanding of banking operations (Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Loss).
• Prior experience in fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
• Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of banking products and services.
• Willingness to cross-train in other branch functions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor; weekend work and extended hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee branch in absence of management and approve/override transactions.
• Train and mentor tellers and CSRs to maintain service standards.
• Identify opportunities to acquire new banking relationships and refer to licensed partners.
• Open/close branch procedures and ensure area is orderly and secure.
• Communicate disclosures and FDIC protections during new account openings.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with policies.
