Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years retail banking experience in teller/customer service.
• Ability to explain banking products and services and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Weekend work and occasional travel to nearby branches may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve service-related issues.
• Open new accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Process teller transactions in line with policies and safeguard cash.
• Promote and refer bank products and services and make referrals to licensed representatives.
• Assist in training new tellers and customer service staff.
• Maintain branch cleanliness and assist with vault/ATM operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with CIP, BSA, and other regulatory requirements.
