Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of banking solutions.

• Complete servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking customers.
• Follow the Bank’s sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand relationships.
• Handle lobby management and greet customers, addressing needs.
• Refer banking partners when opportunities arise.
• Assist AML, BSA, and KYC processes and flag suspected fraud.
• Log and resolve customer complaints, review overdrafts, and process transactions.
