Responsibilities

• Make banking easy: provide account services such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments; record night and mail deposits.
• Provide solutions by identifying customer needs, answering inquiries, and promoting ASB products and services to meet branch goals.
• Get stuff done the right way by complying with banking laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act/AML.
• Educate customers on anytime, anywhere banking options through in-person education in digital banking solutions.
