Universal Banker (Back Bay Branch) in Boston, MA is seeking a customer-focused professional to drive sales and service for Consumer and Business Banking clients while guiding digital engagement. You will support daily branch operations, handle appointments, and refer complex needs to the right partner.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to engage a range of customers. This onsite role involves AML/KYC processes and proactive relationship expansion.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and 1 year of proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to interact with varying customers from consumer to small business.
• Well-organized with proven time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints in a team environment.
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers and explain Consumer and Business Banking features; make recommendations.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities.
• Explain loan application criteria and complete servicing tasks for relationships.
• Follow sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand relationships.
• Adhere to service standards and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Manage lobby presence, greet customers, and refer opportunities to partners.
• Assist with AML/KYC processes and log customer interactions in systems.
