Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and create reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrate basic math skills for banking tasks.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce CUSB Bank Employee Standards and Extraordinary Customer Service Standards.
• Supervise tellers and Financial Services Representatives.
• Oversee branch staff and customer account services, electronic banking, fraud prevention, and branch facilities.
• Develop customer relationships and promote lending products within policy.
• Coordinate with Retail Manager and Marketing to meet sales/referral targets.
• Promote community engagement and branch appearances.
