Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or sales discipline.
• 2+ years in a multi-location leadership role (banking experience preferred).
• 6–8 years in a comparable position may substitute for education.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel to all locations.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead, and manage Branch Managers and Assistant Branch Managers and teams.
• Provide visionary leadership to foster customer focus and employee engagement.
• Promote positive work culture and recognize performance.
• Conduct regular visits to all branches with coaching and monitoring sales.
• Develop and execute the Universal Banker strategy to grow deposits and profitability.
• Collaborate with Director of Retail Banking and Market Presidents to align goals.
• Implement an advice-driven sales process focused on customer needs.
• Identify gaps and create action plans to meet objectives.
• Source and manage deposit portfolio.
• Provide consumer lending training and approvals for designated regions.
