Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Extensive background in bank operating policies, banking regulations, and staff development.
• Strong management and coaching skills to lead a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer relations.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to drive as needed.

Responsabilités

• Develop a banking center market plan to generate deposits, loan referrals, and referrals to other lines of business.
• Actively call on new and prospective customers, cross-sell bank products, and profile customers' financial needs.
• Provide sales leadership by setting goals, conducting weekly meetings, and coaching staff.
• Recruit and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and development plans.
• Ensure adherence to security procedures and regulatory requirements; assist auditors as needed.
