Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Market Leader to provide leadership to a district of branches, building high-performing teams and coaching for client-centric service. The role expands existing relationships, develops new business, and leads CRA activities while upholding ethics and integrity.

The position requires strong coaching abilities, proven leadership, and the capacity to travel about 65% of the time to support market growth and compliance.

Formación

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field highly preferred, but less formal education with more on the job experience may be substituted.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching & Talent Development: recruit, engage, and retain staff to deliver on expectations.
• Community Engagement: deliver an educational client experience and CRA opportunities within district communities.
• Market & Performance Management: drive branch goals through efficient operations and collaboration with partners.
• Risk Management: communicate strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with bank vision and compliance.
