Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / GED or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of overall branch sales experience.
• Two (2)+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Drive market growth of primary client relationships and achieve growth targets.
• Provide training and coaching to branch teams on mission and how to engage to deliver targets.
• Foster the right environment for branch teams and clients.
• Responsible for talent management functions including employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and compliance.
• Deliver client engagement and education and ensure exceptional client experience.
• Meet regulatory and compliance policies and standards.
