Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to attend required training sessions, possibly outside primary shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Maintain accuracy and comply with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards.
• Greet customers and provide hospitality-focused service throughout the branch.
• Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius and occasionally assist other regional locations.
• Work changing schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by business needs.
