Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience; banking experience a plus.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
Dependable, professional, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to every customer.
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other teller transactions accurately.
Balance your cash drawer and follow established cash handling procedures.
Assist with a variety of branch operational duties.
Identify customer needs and refer banking products and services to the appropriate team members.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
