Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by addressing account questions, problems and/or complaints.
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions and adhere to bank policies.
• Performs special projects and additional duties as required.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory policies and complete required trainings.
