Job summary

Flagstar Branch Banking Client Consultant I - Float travels between Wellington, FL branches to deliver high-quality financial services, greet customers, and help meet their financial goals. You will process transactions accurately and efficiently while supporting the team to achieve branch targets.

You will handle client questions and resolve issues, maintain compliance with bank policies, and participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience required: 0 – 3 years of customer service and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales-focused: support growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income and connect clients to the right team member(s).
• Client experience: resolve questions, problems and complaints; deliver engagement and education.
• Risk management: process transactions accurately and adhere to bank policies and regulations.
• Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and complete required trainings.
