Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates degree or equivalent with related experience; in lieu of a degree, a comparable mix of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Typically 3+ years of experience in banking or retail financial services.
• Background checks required per CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and loyalty.
• Delivers full PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions and leverage community partnerships.
• Performs lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.
• Ensures risk management by adhering to policies and procedures.
