Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience required: 1–2 years of customer service, cash handling, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (all Teller related functions) and primary client acquisition; deliver right client introductions to the right team member to drive sales initiatives.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions; adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations.
