Flagstar is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant I in Bay Shore, NY. You will deliver front-line client service and perform teller transactions while promoting financial products and services to meet client goals.

In this role you will help ensure accurate operations, maintain risk standards, and collaborate with branch teammates to support branch growth and service targets. A customer-focused mindset and basic cash handling skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Education level: High School or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years customer service or cash handling experience.
• Preferred: experience in Financial Services Industry.

Aufgaben

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (all Teller related functions) and primary client acquisition. Actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiative.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner. Delivers client engagement and Education. Meet behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership including, but not limited to introductions.
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions; striving for no controllable preventable losses. Understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations.
