Flagstar is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant I to deliver front-line client service and transactional support in a welcoming, accurate and efficient manner. You will assist with teller functions, identify client needs, and support branch growth while adhering to policies and risk standards.

In this role you will collaborate with team members, educate clients on financial solutions, and help ensure a positive branch experience that builds trust and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience: Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience in Financial Services Industry preferred.

Responsibilities
