Job summary

Flagstar Bank in Auburn, IN is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant I to deliver front-line client service, perform teller transactions, and identify client needs to support their financial goals. This role helps maintain the branch's operational accuracy and supports sales performance through introductions and education to the right teammates.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience required: Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience in Financial Services Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (all Teller related functions) and primary client acquisition; deliver right client introductions to team members to achieve growth targets and execute sales initiatives.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner; deliver client engagement and education.
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions; adhere to bank policies and regulations.
