PNC is seeking a FT Branch Banker in Pompton Plains, NJ, to acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and outstanding service. The role focuses on improving customers' financial wellbeing, partnering with ecosystem channels, and driving loyalty by presenting PNC solutions during in-branch and outbound interactions.

Based in an in-office environment, the ideal candidate will deliver a differentiated customer experience, manage risk, and contribute to branch operations

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, risk management and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
