PNC's Branch Banker position is based at the Nassau Street location in Princeton, New Jersey. You will expand the branch customer base, deliver proactive sales and service, and enhance customers' financial wellbeing through a thoughtful, customer-first approach.

You will partner with ecosystem stakeholders to grow loyalty and wallet share, position PNC solutions, and drive revenue while maintaining risk controls. The role emphasizes in-office collaboration and strong customer engagement.

Formación

• Associates degree or equivalent required; 3+ years experience typical.
• No degree required? A combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered.
• Certifications/licensures as applicable per banking regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire and deepen branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and loyalty.
