Job summary

PNC is seeking a Branch Banker in Chapel Hill, NC to acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. You will manage the customer experience and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet.

A strong focus on educating customers about PNC solutions is essential. The role requires delivering a full PNC conversation with clients, leveraging technology and partnerships to drive revenue while maintaining risk controls and daily branch

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree required; 3+ years related experience preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, job-specific certification(s) and experience may be considered.
• Background checks required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations with defined process including outbound calls and lobby engagement.
• Create customer loyalty and grow wallet share by educating customers on PNC options and leveraging technology.
