Job summary

SouthernCarlson, Inc. is seeking a Branch Associate at our Sioux Falls, SD location. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday, daytime schedule and a customer-focused environment where you greet customers, respond to inquiries, and support the sales team.

You will build relationships, learn our products, and assist with orders while keeping the showroom organized. A High School Diploma is required and 1+ year in sales or customer service is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales, customer service, or sales support.
• High School Diploma required.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of SouthernCarlson by greeting customers, answering inquiries by phone/email, and delivering exceptional service.
• Build strong customer relationships by learning their needs, recommending solutions, and identifying opportunities to upsell.
• Support branch operations by assisting sales reps and managers, and pulling orders.
• Keep our showroom organized, merchandised, and ready to impress.
• Take on a variety of responsibilities, from answering phones to troubleshooting product questions.
