Capital One National Association in Chantilly, VA seeks a Branch Ambassador to provide hospitality-driven service, manage cash with accuracy, and introduce customers to digital banking tools. You will engage with clients, identify their needs, and guide them to suitable solutions while maintaining a welcoming environment.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting, attend training, and adapt to flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree; 2+ years retail or customer-facing experience; proficient in G-Suite; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify customer needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and maintain a hospitality-focused, welcoming environment.
• Attend required training sessions and adapt to flexible scheduling as needed.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; maintain regular attendance.
