Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to attend all required training sessions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move for extended periods.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Associate’s degree (preferred).
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience (preferred).
• Proficient in G-Suite (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills (preferred).

• Greet customers and provide hospitality-focused service throughout the branch
• Balance high-volume operations with community-focused customer service
• Support surrounding branches as needed within a 50 mile radius
