Job summary

Jobtailor in Bogalusa, LA is seeking a customer-focused Teller to handle high-volume cash transactions, educate clients on digital banking tools, and provide hospitality within a community-focused branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Attend required training sessions outside primary shift schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/move for extended periods.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proficient in G-Suite preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills preferred.
