Performance Contracting Group seeks a Senior Branch Controller for PCI Houston 115 in Pasadena, TX. The role reports to branch management and leads the financial management of operations, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow discipline.

Responsibilities include partnering with project managers, delivering insights for strategic decisions, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across the branch’s activities in Houston and Pasadena areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in financial management with controllership and FP&A focus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and lead change initiatives.
• Willingness to visit project sites in Houston and Pasadena areas.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the branch’s annual budget, monthly forecasts and financial planning process.
• Be the knowledge expert on the branch’s financial direction and performance.
• Provide analysis of profitability by identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers and branch leadership on financial impact of projects.
• Drive cash flow discipline through timely billing, collections, and working capital decisions.
