Bath Fitter is seeking a Branch Administrative Assistant in Akron, OH to support the branch office and leadership with a wide range of administrative duties. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a positive attitude to serve customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organization skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Process all lead and sales results.
• Process and accurate entry of production.
• Prepare Daily Activity Report and quality review of all sales.
• Prepare new job folders for all new sales.
• Manage various sites, reports, logs and spreadsheets.
• Prepare measure and install packets.
• Process cancellations, change orders, logbooks.
• Compliance of all permits and inspections.
• Process all payment transactions.
• Customer service—scheduling of customer install appointments/large services.
• General administrative support of branch office personnel/management.
• Maintain Administrative KPI’s.
• Occasional travel to remote locations if required.
