Bath Fitter is seeking a Branch Leader to own a business and lead a high-performing team across sales, installation, and administration. You will drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction from first contact through installation, ensuring seamless operations and a culture of accountability.

In this role, you will collaborate with regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives, monitor key metrics, and continuously improve processes while upholding safety and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally.
