BlueLinx Holdings Inc. is hiring a Branch Admin Manager in Springfield, MO. The role leads administrative, accounting, and inventory functions at a distribution facility, overseeing invoicing, receiving, shipping, A/R/A/P, and time clock approval.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and vendors to ensure process integrity and superior customer service. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in finance/accounting within warehousing, plus strong inventory control and MS Office

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting or related field required; BS/BA preferred.
• 6–8 years experience in finance, accounting and warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock handling and storage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant tools/technology.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative functions of a distribution center with focus on accuracy and timely processing.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth operations.
• Process sales orders, credit memos, PO transactions; maintain A/R as needed.
• Maintain inventory data accuracy in Agility from receiving to cycle counts.
• Oversee A/R and A/P activities; ensure timely invoicing and reconciliations.
• Onboard associates, approve time, and serve as central communications contact.
• Lead and develop branch staff; evaluate performance and training needs.
