BlueLinx Holdings Inc. is seeking a Branch Admin Manager to lead administrative, accounting and inventory functions at a distribution facility in Minnesota. You will oversee invoicing, stock receiving, shipping, A/R/AP, and time clock approvals while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Corporate Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial transactions in warehousing/distribution environments.
• Experience with inventory control and stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative functions of the distribution center with focus on data integrity and timely processing of transactions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure orders are processed and shipments released.
• Process sales orders, credit memos, PO transactions in A/R as needed and ensure timely invoicing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy from receiving to cycle counts and adjustments in Agility.
• Oversee accounts payable reconciliation and timely expense processing.
• Coordinate onboarding, time approval, and act as central communications hub for the branch.
