Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in distribution/warehouse operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of drivers, administrative support, and handlers across the branch.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations and laws.
• Drive operational efficiency from inventory to customer service excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
• Manage expenses, logistics, and workforce planning for optimal productivity.
