Job summary

Ford is seeking a Brake NVH Core Engineer to lead brake NVH methods, requirements, and CAE alignment. You will drive dyno and vehicle tests, interpret data, and guide cross-functional teams to improve launch quality and customer satisfaction.

This high-visibility role requires prioritization across programs, leadership of a peer network, and hands-on dyno testing experience. The job is hybrid with on-site work four days or more per week, offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, or a related engineering field.
• Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Aerospace is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain brake NVH test and analysis methods.
• Lead CAE modeling and ensure traceability from customer needs to verification.
• Plan dyno and vehicle-level test strategies and interpret data.
• Coordinate with CAE, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to drive decisions.
• Manage dyno scheduling and prioritize tests across programs.
