Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brakes, alignments, suspensions and related components, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. You will install parts, test batteries, rotate tires, calibrate TPMS, and operate service vehicles as needed, all while upholding company policies and quality standards.

The role requires good physical stamina, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing brake, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering parts.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies and recalibrating TPMS components.
• Using equipment and hand tools and assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles and performing offsite road services.
• Providing excellent customer service and referring customers as needed.
