Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers Brake & Alignment Technicians service brakes, suspension and alignment components, and perform tire and TPMS work with care. You’ll test drive vehicles and assist with offsite road service, maintaining high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, adherence to company policies, and teamwork to support shop operations and on-time repairs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts.
• Test and install batteries, dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and handle TPMS components.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service; test drive vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to others when needed.
