Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to install or service braking, suspension, and alignment systems and related components. You will often dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS while ensuring high customer service standards.

The role may involve offsite road service and test drives as part of daily duties. The position emphasizes safe operation, precise workmanship, and adherence to company policies, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering parts and components.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite or emergency road service when needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS components.
