Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician in Boise to service brake systems, alignment, suspension, and related components. The role includes test drives, offsite service, tire work, and TPMS calibration, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and perform bending and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering parts.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite road service as needed.
• Disassemble/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and adjust TPMS components.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified colleagues as needed.
