Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Idaho is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components while delivering outstanding customer service according to company policies. This role includes testing vehicles, tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, and TPMS recalibration.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work at a rapid pace, and participate in on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and perform bending and twisting.
• Ability to work with brake, alignment, and suspension components.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, and suspension parts and components.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers when appropriate.
