Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician in California. You will install and service brake, alignment, suspension, and drivetrain components, and rebalance tires while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong manual skills and compliance with safety protocols. The position emphasizes on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities within a large western network.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drivetrain, and power steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and service TPMS components.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified staff as needed.
