Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring Brake & Alignment Technicians to service brake systems, suspensions, and alignments with a focus on quality and customer care. Responsibilities include tire work, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and on-site road service support.

Training is provided on the job. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, with a fast-paced environment and strong teamwork expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds and bending/kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing brake, suspension, alignment, drive train components.
• Testing batteries and inspecting systems.
• Dismounting/mounting tire assemblies and rebalancing wheels.
• Calibrating TPMS components and using hand tools.
• Test driving vehicles and performing offsite road service.
• Providing excellent customer service and referring customers when needed.
