Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components. You will test drive vehicles, balance wheels, and assist customers while adhering to company policies. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork at a busy shop.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, strong customer service skills, and the physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy parts. Training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing brake, suspension, and alignment components.
• Testing and installing batteries and balancing wheels.
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies and TPMS work.
• Using tools and assisting other employees as needed.
• Test driving vehicles and providing excellent customer service.
