The role covers servicing brake, alignment, and suspension components, plus wheel/tire work and TPMS calibration. Expect on-site tasks and occasional offsite road service with a strong emphasis on customer care.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, and power steering parts.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite road services as needed.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and handle TPMS components.
• Use company tools and equipment and assist other staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers as needed.
