Job summary
Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake systems, suspensions, and alignments. You will install parts, test batteries, work with TPMS components, and perform road services while delivering excellent customer service.
The role requires a valid driver's license, physical stamina, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay plus comprehensive benefits is offered in an on-site setting across our Colorado locations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and frequent bending/reaching.
Responsibilities
- Install or service brake, suspension, alignment parts and components.
- Test and install batteries.
- Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS components.
- Use tools and equipment to perform tasks.
- Assist other employees and test drive vehicles.
- Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
- Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to colleagues as needed.
