Les Schwab is hiring Brake & Alignment Technicians to service brake systems, alignments, suspension, and related components. Responsibilities include testing, battery work, tire mounting, wheel balancing, and TPMS calibration, with a focus on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension and alignment components.
Test and install batteries, dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels and handle TPMS work.
Use hand tools and equipment; assist other employees; test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services; provide customer service.
