Job summary
Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring Brake & Alignment Technicians to service brake, alignment and suspension systems and to deliver excellent customer service. You will install, test and calibrate components, perform tire services, and drive safety and quality on every vehicle.
The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent customer service skills in a rapid pace environment.
- Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and standing for long periods.
- Ability to work with hand tools and test drivings as part of brake/alignment service.
Responsibilities
- Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering components.
- Test drive vehicles and perform offsite and emergency road services.
- Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels and calibrate TPMS components.
- Operate service vehicles and assist other technicians as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified colleagues when appropriate.
