Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake, alignment, and suspension components with a focus on safety and customer service. The role involves installing and testing brake systems, tires, TPMS, and related parts, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment and lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems and suspension components.
• Test and install batteries, TPMS components, and drive train parts.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies and rebalance wheels.
• Replace, rebuild, or recalibrate TPMS components as needed.
• Operate service vehicles for on-site and off-site services.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees when needed.
